Hi, everyone!

The first "news" is that I will be having the shop be closed on Mondays starting on Veteran's Day, November the 11th.  This will be the case for the winter, and maybe beyond, according to when The Junction upper management catches on and complains.  I will start opening at 10:00 again.  So, come see us Tuesday, through Saturday, 10:00-4:00.  

I met with the Northcott and Windham representative today.  We will be getting some Stonehenge fabric in soon.  I also ordered a Project made with the pattern called, "Smokey River" using the combined Blue Planet Stonehenge with the Iron Ore Stonehenge fabric.  These are two pictures that don't quite do it justice, but can give you an idea.

    This will arrive the first part of December.  Many other things were ordered, but this is first.

 Here are the classes and clubs planned for the next few months.

The English Paper Piecing Club is meeting on Thursday, November 14th.  11:00-3:00  Come join them.

The Machine Embroidery Club is meeting on Tuesday, November 26th.  10:00 -12:30  Come join them.

Woolie Lambs Quilt Class - December 10th   10:00-3:30  $40.00  There is room for one more, and possibly two.

My Summer House BOM is focused on the borders this month.  Thursday, November 21st  10:00-3:30

A series of small Christmas gift classes will begin soon.  Microwavable bowls have been around awhile, but I've not made any for myself or family, so I am including them in this series.

There will be a Microwave Bowls class on Friday, November the 22nd.  We have Wrap N Zap microwavable batting available.  We have a couple different templates and patterns.  The class only costs $10.00.    I may have simple patterns for you from on-line sources.

The Tea Satchel will be a class on Tuesday, December 3rd.  10:00- 1:00ish.  $10.00    

The Burrito Style (This is an easy, yet clever) pillow case method, and the class will be on Friday, December 6th.  I made pillow cases for one relative's family last year, but I can make them for more.  Again, this has been around for years; however, there are new sewists out there.  10:00-1:00ish  $10.00

Pillow Covers Class will take place on Friday, December 13th from 10:00-2:00.  $10.00

Beginning Quilting Class - January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, Feb. 4th, and Feb. 11th.  10:00-12:30 each session.  $75.00

Weather may cause a date or two to be pushed out.  I have allowed for this in my calendar.

"Intersected" Quilt Class - January 10th  10:00-3:30  $40.00
