It has been quite busy around here. Many new bolts of fabric have arrived. With the closing of JoAnn's the public has been asking for flannels. So, I placed an order for "Woolie Flannel", Shadow Play, and Little Lambies from Maywood. These are ready for purchase. I also received a Christmas Mouse flannel line from Northcott. There is a cute pattern that goes with it. In addition, Chambray from Northcott just came in. It is a woven cotton with the warp and weft threads being different colors.
Oddly, two bolts of hot air balloons arrived from Timeless Treasures long after the Shop Hop when they were needed. I will be finishing the hot air balloon quilt using this fabric as borders, and having complete kits available soon. 
There's plenty available for purchase without our project.
The light blender section containing white on white, and cream fabrics has new bolts in it as well. There are over 10 Grunge fabrics such as, Papaya, Lemon Drop, Sugar Cookie, Winter White, Manilla, Onyx, Black Dress, Peacoat, Salmon, and more.

This is put on by the Oakdale Quilt Guild, so I'm not sure what their members pay. 
WANDA CLASS:
TUESDAY, AUGUST 19TH 10:00-3:30 $35.00 
This is a Stripology Mixology class. The pattern is in the 2nd book. I taught this before, but it is back by request.
One hundred 5" squares are needed. There are two sashing fabrics needed as well. Use your scraps or perhaps I will be able to create a stack for you. Use any two color themed stack of 5" squares. For example, red and green for Christmas. Or lavender with green prints with just a touch of cream or biege.
HALLOWEEN SEW DAYS:
The first themed sew day is on Saturday, August 23rd, and the second one is on Saturday August 30th.
10:00-3:30 $10.00 fee
This is not a class. It is a get together created by the group that came to the Jelly Roll Lone Star class. I started a Jelly Roll Halloween Star, and others mentioned they would like to finish Halloween projects from the past, so there are already 5-6 customers who want to come on the first Saturday. One or two more could join in. However, I created the next Saturday for those who also may want to sew on Halloween themed projects. Call ahead for seating availability.

THERE IS ONLY ONE KIT LEFT. THERE ARE A COUPLE PATTERNS LEFT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE STONEHENGE FABRIC OR OTHER FABRIC, YOU MAY WANT TO JOIN US. 
FRIGHT NIGHT

THIS IS THE ONE THAT I AM MOST EXCITED ABOUT! IT IS A BASICGREY PATTERN. (See the class description on the website) IT CAME OUT IN THE FALL OF 2019, AND I MISSED IT. I SAW THE PATTERN LAST YEAR, AND WANTED TO MAKE IT FOR THIS SEASON. HOWEVER, WITH ALL THE CHANGES IN MY LIFE, I COULDN'T MAKE A SAMPLE IN TIME. LUCKILY, PEGGY GLICK, HAD MADE ONE USING THE ORIGINAL KIT, AND SHE IS LETTING ME DISPLAY IT. I AM OVERLAYING MY NEW BLOCKS ON TOP OF HERS. I ORDERED MODA FABRICS IN THE SAME COLOR WAYS AS THE ORIGINAL, BUT MINE IS A BIT LIGHTER.
Kits are being made, but you could choose your own fabrics.
